If you would like to register for any event, you may contact our office by calling 269-695-2191 or emailing info@lifeactioncamp.com for details and availability. Office hours are 8:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday.

1. Select a week.

Decide on first and second preferences of the week you would like to attend.

2. Select your housing option.

Decide on your first and second preferences of housing.

3. E-mail our office. (There is no online form at this time.)

Please include the following information:

     * Parents' first and last names
     * Children's names and ages (at the time of camp)
     * Address
     * Phone (and best time to be reached by phone)
     * E-mail address
     * 1st and 2nd choices of week
     * 1st and 2nd choices of housing
     * If you had to choose between your particular choices of week or housing,
          which is more important?


After you have sent your request, we will process your request and contact you within one week. At that time we will confirm your registration and you can make your initial deposit. 

4. Pay your deposit fees.

When we confirm your registration, a series of non-refundable, non-transferable deposits will hold your place.
A first deposit of $150 will be required when we confirm your registration.
A second deposit of $150 will be required on October 3, 2011.
A third deposit of $300 will be required on March 12, 2012.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and personal checks.
