Crew Shuttle Request

If you are using South Bend Airport (SBN) or Niles Amtrak Station (NLS) to get to Life Action Camp, please complete this form so we can arrange a shuttle for you to get safely to and from The Camp.

If you’re limited by ticket options, please try and schedule arrivals/departures between Saturday morning and Sunday before 4pm. If you have extenuating circumstances, please email crew@lifeaction.org.

A CREW Supervisor will contact you during the week prior to your arrival to finalize details. For departures, we will be in touch with you while you are here to determine specific travel arrangements.

If you will need a shuttle for both arrival and departure, please fill out the form twice: once for arrival and once for departure.
