Mark & Shaye Smithberger
Food Service
Shaye was born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania where she spent 21 years of her life. She grew up in a Christian home, was saved at age 7, but didn’t have a real, fruitful relationship with the Lord until high school.
In 2019, her parents moved to Niles, Michigan to join Life Action Ministries--her mom working for Revive Our Hearts and her dad working at Life Action Camp. In March of 2019, Shaye moved from her hometown to Michigan to join her family and work for Revive Our Hearts where she met her husband, Mark, who was serving on the Facilities team at the time. During the summer of that same year, Shaye had an opportunity to serve at Family Camp in the Food Service area. She fell in love with it and felt as though God was leading her to serve at more of a full time basis in this area.
In October or 2020, Mark and Shaye got married and currently live in Mishawaka, IN. Shaye officially joined Camp Staff in the Spring of 2021.
